Terms & Conditions
Our customer care begins by providing photography
and descriptions that let you fully appreciate a frame before
ordering. However, if upon receipt you are not satisfied with
your delivery, simply return it within 30 days of purchase in
its original condition for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs
are NOT refundable.
‘Damaged’
We try our best to ensure every frame is sent in excellent condition.
We inspect MOST frames prior to shipment. If you should receive
merchandise that is damaged, please contact us immediately before
returning the item.
We do NOT refund postal charges. However, if you are making an
exchange due to damage, or incorrect product we do not charge for
the second shipment to you.
‘Returns’
Returns must be carefully repacked and be in new and saleable condition.
If your item arrived damaged, please take care to pack so further
damage does not result.
Please include a copy of the invoice PLUS a description of the
frames defects and/or the reason for returning the item. Indicate
whether you want to exchange the item or a refund.
